Pear, melon and some bright citrus, with good acidity and light to medium body. This wine has a slight minerality and salinity that will enhance a variety of dishes, while still being light enough to easily drink without food. A good choice as a casual partner to cheese and charcuterie and would pair well with light pasta and vegetarian foods, as well as seafood and poultry.
