A lighter, rosé expression of a traditional sparkling lambrusco. Beautifully festive, this wine is great for holiday parties, pairing well with most light canapes. Despite the lighter colour, the wine has surprisingly concentrated flavours of rhubarb, cranberry, with subtle hints of rose and wild strawberry, that stand up well to most holiday fare. A dry finish, high acid and low alcohol make this wine an easy choice!
