Oh hi. Welcome to our Sunday Suppers.
We really miss having you in our space for dinner, so we're making something special every Sunday, based around a region in Italy, and pairing it with a wine we love.
This week there's such an abundance of the first of season greens here, that we decided we would keep in the spirit of Italian food, and make it our own, with the ingredients that grow close by. So this week's menu is inspired by the food of Campania, with a decidedly BC twist.
We're pairing it with one of our very favourite BC wines, Rigor and Whimsy's Flux Capacitor. It's a weird, almost cider-like, orange wine. It's also crisp, tart, and pairs beautifully with food. These are our last couple of cases of it, and they'll never be making it again, so it's worth jumping on it while you can.
