Made with the most gorgeous local organic grapes from Stoney Paradise Farms, this jam is classic to the Abruzzo region of Italy. First the grapes are simmered, then cooled, put through a food mill, then cooked until they set with a small amount of sugar, making it one of our most time consuming preserves, but decidedly one of our favourites.
