A stunning sparkling rosé from Piemonte region of Italy. This Barbera offers notes of pomegranate, strawberry, toast, orange peel, vanilla. It is dry, light to medium body, with high acidity. Eats beautifully with vegetables, fresh cheeses, cured meats, light poultry dishes, olive oil-based pastas, and aperitivo snacks.
