One white, one pink, one red, these are three of our favourite Lambruscos. Packed up together they're the perfect sparkly thing to bring to a friend.
Sparkling white from Emilia-Romagna. Notes of peach, pear, and grapefruit with a slight hint of honey and freesia. Off-dry, high acid and light to medium body. This is a perfect apertivo wine, light enough to be drank on its own but would pair great with a variety of canapes, cured charcuterie such as prosciutto and hard, aged cheese
Quercioli Sobara Lambrusco
A lovely rare Rosé Lambrusco from Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, that’s quite special due to it’s colour. It’s an unusual expression of lambrusco and is great for a special occasion, with notes of cherry, wild strawberry and tart cranberry. It’s a low to medium body, dry, and high acid wine.
Paltrinieri Solco Lambrusco
This is a beautiful traditional red lambrusco from Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, with note sof hibiscus, blackberry and plum. It has a medium body, dry, high acid with soft tannins. It’s a richer sparkling that’s lovely with slightly fatty antipasto and charcuterie due to it’s depth and tannins
