A beautiful exploration of three very different Italian sparkling wines. One white, one pink, one red, these are three of our favourites! Packed up together they're the perfect sparkly thing to bring to a friend or spend the holidays sipping on!
Quercioli Sobara Lambrusco
A lovely rare Rosé Lambrusco from Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, that’s quite special due to it’s colour. It’s an unusual expression of lambrusco and is great for a special occasion, with notes of cherry, wild strawberry and tart cranberry. It’s a low to medium body, dry, and high acid wine.
Paltrinieri Solco Lambrusco
A classic expression of lambrusco from Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, a deep red colour with notes of hibiscus, blackberry, rhubarb with an underlying note of balsamic. This traditional sparkling red Lambrusco is perfect when the mood for bubbles strikes while also seeking something with a bit more depth. Soft tannins and high acid mean that the wine can easily be paired with food, and it’s dark berry notes would work well with heartier poultry, & spicier, richer foods.
Antica Osteria
A beautiful dry, full-bodied sparkling Lamrusco from Emilia-Romanagna. Bouquets of berries, dried fruit, and violets. Nice acidity, and lots of depth. This one is a crowd-pleaser, perfect to bring as a gift on your next visit.
