This traditional sparkling red Lambrusco is perfect when the mood for bubbles strikes while also seeking something with a bit more depth. Contains flavours of Hibiscus, blackberry, rhubarb with an underlying note of balsamic. Soft tannins and high acid mean that the wine can easily be paired with food, and it’s dark berry notes would work well with heartier poultry and pork stews or a nice partner to spicy, rich charcuterie and pâtés, as well as aged and blue cheeses.
