We get these teeny tiny apricots from our friends at Solstedt Organics and they are so beautiful, we just poach them in a light syrup and let them shine.
I think they're kind of extraordinary, and are wonderful over ice cream, plopped into a glass of bubbles, or served with a soft cheese.
