We really miss having you in our space for dinner, so we're making something special every Sunday, based around a region in Italy, and pairing it with a wine we love.
This week we're celebrating our first week with peas of the season. Peas! From our pals at Zaklans Heritage Farm! It is summer!
We're pairing it with our favourite rose Lambrusco, from Medici Ermete. It's beautiful, and the perfect crisp foil for the richness of the pasta.
