100% Merlot. Juicy strawberry, cranberry, green apple, with some light savoriness. Lighter body but slightly tannic and a higher than usual alcohol level means this rosé would suit meat and pasta dishes well, similar to those found in the Northern Italian region this wine is from. Blue cheese and salami would make a great pairing, and hearty bean stews would also pair well. Certified organic.
